There are a large number of new apartment projects in Bowen Hills. This area is close to the city and the Royal Brisbane Hospital, but does not have much else going for it.
Some example developments selling off the plan include
- The Chelsea, 195 apartments, being co-developed by David Devine (now that he has left Devine)
- Code, 132 apartments
- Belise, 200 apartments
- Richmond Apartments, 107 apartments
I would wait a few years before even considering Bowen Hills.
Unlike the rest of the Developments you have mentioned above
- BELISE is actually located in FORTITUDE VALLEY and has 199 Apartments,
+ Recreation Deck & Resort Pool, Cafe/ Bar & Restaurant located in the Grand Entry Lobby and a Porte Cochere drop off.
- It is less than 5 min walk from HQ/ the Glider Stop to CBD/ Emporium & James St and is a 10 min walk from 2 train stations & Chinatown
So all in all I beleive it has a lot going for it.
